Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the styling tool in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
